At Dot & Georgie Collection, each order is carefully prepared and packaged with the same attention given to the vintage pieces themselves. Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind, we take extra care to protect them throughout the shipping process.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been successfully completed.
Business days do not include weekends or major U.S. holidays.
During holidays, promotions, severe weather, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and available shipping service.
Any promotional free-shipping offer, when available, will be clearly stated on the website or during checkout.
Shipping Within the United States
Dot & Georgie Collection currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout when applicable.
Please remember that processing time and carrier transit time are separate. The estimated delivery date provided by a shipping carrier begins after the package has been accepted by that carrier.
Tracking
When tracking is available, customers will receive shipment confirmation and tracking information after the order has been prepared and transferred to the carrier.
Tracking information may take several hours to update after a shipping label is created.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed service is expressly purchased.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery can be affected by circumstances outside the control of Dot & Georgie Collection, including:

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Dot & Georgie Collection is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to Dot & Georgie Collection because it was:
Refused
Unclaimed
Undeliverable
Sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer
we will contact the customer regarding available options.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be shipped again.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law.
Lost Packages
If tracking indicates that a package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next step.
Depending on the circumstances, we may assist with a carrier inquiry or claim.
Customers should report suspected lost packages promptly.
Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first:

Damaged Packages

Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved, as the carrier may require it for a shipping claim.
Packaging
Vintage garments and accessories are packaged carefully to protect them during transportation.
Depending on the item, packaging may include protective tissue, garment protection, cushioning materials, boxes, or mailers appropriate for the piece.
Whenever practical, we aim to balance beautiful presentation with responsible packaging choices.
Combined Shipping
When multiple items are purchased in the same order, we may ship them together when it is safe and practical to do so.
Some larger, delicate, unusually shaped, or higher-value items may need to ship separately.
High-Value Orders
For select higher-value pieces, Dot & Georgie Collection may use additional shipping protections such as:
Shipping insurance
Signature confirmation
Adult signature confirmation where appropriate
Additional tracking or delivery verification

International Shipping
Unless international delivery options are specifically displayed at checkout, Dot & Georgie Collection does not currently guarantee international shipping availability.
If international shipping is offered, the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges unless otherwise stated.
International delivery times may vary substantially due to customs processing.
