Dot & Georgie Collection is a curated vintage boutique specializing in vintage, pre-owned, designer, collectible, and one-of-a-kind clothing and accessories. Because of the nature of vintage merchandise, our pieces have characteristics that differ from newly manufactured retail goods.

Vintage & Pre-Owned Items
Unless specifically identified otherwise, items offered by Dot & Georgie Collection are vintage, pre-owned, or previously stored pieces. Age-related characteristics and signs of previous ownership are part of the nature of vintage merchandise.
We make reasonable efforts to inspect, photograph, research, measure, and accurately describe each item. When observed, we disclose notable flaws such as staining, discoloration, repairs, missing components, fabric wear, or other condition issues.
Minor signs of age or use may be present and should be expected. These can include light surface wear, small variations in color, minor fabric imperfections, storage marks, or other characteristics consistent with an item's age and history.

Product Descriptions & Photography
We strive to represent every piece as accurately as possible. Photographs may include professionally edited backgrounds, styling imagery, modeled presentations, or digitally created lifestyle/editorial images to help customers visualize how a garment may be worn or styled.
Such images are for presentation and styling purposes. They do not alter the physical item being sold. Close-up photographs, label photographs, measurements, condition photographs, and written descriptions should be used when evaluating the actual item.
Colors can also vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, editing, screens, and device settings.

Sizing & Measurements
Vintage sizing can differ significantly from contemporary sizing. A labeled vintage size should not be assumed to correspond to the same modern size.
When available, we provide garment measurements to help customers determine fit. Customers are responsible for reviewing the listed measurements before purchasing. Comparing the measurements with a similar garment that fits you well is recommended.
Any modern-size comparison provided by Dot & Georgie Collection is an estimate only and is not a guarantee of fit.

Authenticity, Dating & Research
We research labels, designers, construction details, materials, and other available information when describing and dating vintage pieces.
Unless an item has been independently authenticated by a qualified third-party authentication service, statements concerning approximate era, attribution, rarity, collection, or provenance represent our good-faith assessment based upon available information.
We do not knowingly sell counterfeit merchandise.

One-of-a-Kind Availability
Many Dot & Georgie Collection pieces are one of a kind. Adding an item to your shopping cart does not necessarily reserve it until checkout has been successfully completed.
In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will cancel the affected item and issue a refund.

Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Prices may change without notice before an order is completed.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when required.
Dot & Georgie Collection reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, or inaccurate product information. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and, when appropriate, provide the option to cancel the affected purchase.

Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory errors, website errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the transaction.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the transaction.

Shipping

Shipping estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise. Returns & Refunds

Any item specifically identified as Final Sale or otherwise non-returnable at the time of purchase will be subject to the terms disclosed in its listing.

Condition Upon Return
When a return is permitted, the merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Original tags or identification attached by Dot & Georgie Collection must remain intact where applicable.
Items that have been worn, altered, washed, damaged, stained, fragranced, or otherwise materially changed after delivery may not qualify for a refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.
